Pricing and Billing

Sales tax is only applicable to orders shipped within California. If you are a
California-based reseller, you may submit a valid resale certificate or taxexemption form to be exempt from sales tax. Please email your documentation to

We don't offer exchange for different item. The best way is to return your current product and place a new order for the correct part.

Please email a photo of the item to customerservice@jeremywell.com, making sure the part number is visible (usually on the packaging or item). If the outer package is damaged, include a photo of that as well to help us better assist you.

If within 30 days you are not 100% satisfied with the
part or simply made a mistake in your purchase, you may return the product to 14

Shipping

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the tracking
number. Please note that tracking details may not appear on the carrier’s
website until later in the evening.

Most orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx. Freight orders are shipped via RapidShip LTL carriers.

Absolutely! You will need to contact us via email or phone to provide us with your
account information. Once the account is validated, we will remove shipping charges
from your order and add your account for shipping.

All orders placed by 12 PM PST will ship out the same business day. Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost. If the order is placed after 12PM PST or during the weekend/holiday, the order will be processed the next business day.

Expedited shipping is available at additional cost. You will be able to choose your
preferred shipping method during checkout.



Our customers normally receive their order within 3-4 days after purchase. However,
there can be delays with the carrier, so the delivery date is not guaranteed. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Currently, we only deliver to the domestic U.S.
