We don't offer exchange for different item. The best way is to return
you product and place the order for the correct part.

Please email us a picture of what you received to customerservice@jeremywell.com. Please make sure the part number is visible on the picture. The part number is normally on the packaging or item itself.

If the outside package is damaged when arrive, please include a picture of the damaged package. This helps us to further assist you.

If within 30 days you are not 100% satisfied with the
part or simply made a mistake in your purchase, you may return the product to 14

All orders placed by 12 PM PST will ship out the same business day. Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost. If the order is placed after 12PM PST or during the weekend/holiday, the order will be processed the next business day.

Normally our customer should receive their order within 3-4 days after purchase.
